Once a shape has three sides and three corners it is a triangle.
These are all triangles - check and see!

We made a triangle table.

We drew triangles.

We cut out triangles.

One day we made a set of triangles.
The shapes that were not triangles went outside the set.

Another day we made a set of triangles, a set of rectangles and a set of not triangles and not rectangles.

We found the triangles in our maths books.
